FM Special Events
FM Special Events schedules services provided by Plant Operations to student organizations and university departments that hold events throughout campus.
Examples of services frequently requested from Plant to support indoor and outdoor special events include:
- additional power/electricity
- outdoor amplification
- guest assistance – ushers
- trash and recycling receptacles
- plant and floral décor
- table and chair rental
- venue set up
- post event cleaning
FM Special Events works closely with the customer during event planning and implementation to ensure appropriate Plant services are ordered and all services are completed as scheduled.
The customer is responsible to pay for all labor and materials associated with special events.
